This internal podcast series was created to spotlight stories of success and collaboration across the firm—celebrating the people, teams, and ideas driving impact worldwide. The goal from a branding perspective was to craft an identity that felt inclusive, inspiring, and unmistakably human.

I led the creative direction and visual design, developing a system that unified all touchpoints—from cover art to promotional campaigns. The key visual concept centered on collaged portraits composed of diverse facial features, symbolizing that the firm’s success is built collectively—many people, one purpose.

The design language extended into email communications and speaker spotlights, using the same illustrative portrait treatment and minimal layout system to maintain a cohesive, elevated look and feel. The result was a brand identity that connected global audiences through storytelling—authentic, inclusive, and visually unifying.
