Podcast Branding
As part of BCG’s internal communications and employer brand initiatives, I led the creative direction and design for the firm’s podcast ecosystem, including developing the visual identities for over twenty podcast series spanning global business topics, leadership insights, and cultural storytelling.
Each series required its own distinct personality while maintaining visual cohesion under the broader BCG brand. I created a modular design framework that balanced consistency and flexibility—defining color systems, typography, illustration styles, and scalable templates for cover art, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
The result is a diverse yet unified visual portfolio that helps each series stand out while collectively strengthening the firm’s voice and community and transforming internal podcasts into branded storytelling platforms that feel contemporary, engaging, and human.

For the Psych Safety podcast, I designed a visual identity that communicates calm, trust, and reassurance. The concept draws inspiration from a parachute—a universal symbol of safety and support—paired with a soothing gradient palette that evokes steadiness and care. The goal was to create a design that feels approachable and uplifting, visually echoing the series’ focus on psychological safety and well-being within teams.
WHEN SHE LEADS
When She Leads is a podcast celebrating women in leadership and their stories of success and impact. The visual identity was designed to feel bold yet elegant—anchored in a radiant gradient symbolizing strength, confidence, and momentum. The circular form represents unity and empowerment, while the refined typography conveys authority and poise. Together, the design captures the essence of women leading with purpose and authenticity.
