This internal initiative was created to foster psychological safety and promote well-being across BCG teams worldwide—ensuring every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered.

I led the brand and visual identity, developing an illustrative style that balanced compassion with confidence. The goal was to make the initiative approachable and uplifting—using light, warmth, and movement as visual metaphors for support and growth.

The identity extended across digital signage, email campaigns, and internal communications, creating a cohesive visual language that amplified awareness and engagement with BCG’s well-being resources while reinforcing the culture of care at the firm.
