Journey Branding

I led the creative direction and illustration development for a visual system designed to simplify and humanize and make BCG’s consulting career and learning paths more fun. I directed an illustration style and brand framework that connected multiple cohort levels within the consulting track—each with its own distinct identity yet all part of a cohesive visual narrative.

The maps transformed complex information into an engaging storytelling experience, guiding consultants through key milestones in their professional journey. Each cohort—whether Associates, Consultants, or beyond—had a tailored version of the map reflecting its unique development stage, but unified through color, composition, and visual language drawn from the Learning Journeys brand universe.

The result was a scalable system that brought clarity, inspiration, and a sense of progression to the BCG learning experience—helping individuals visualize their growth within a shared, connected journey.

All copy and some graphic elements have been sanitized/removed for confidentiality, while the layouts faithfully preserve the style, structure, and tone of the original work.
