I led the creative direction and rebrand for one of BCG’s flagship global learning products—an internal platform designed to help employees upskill and stay aligned with evolving business priorities. The goal was to revitalize the brand with a fresh, cohesive identity that felt innovative, accessible, and globally resonant.
The work spanned the full campaign ecosystem—from visual identity and messaging to email communications, digital assets, and the global launch strategy. The new brand system unified the platform’s look and feel across regions and channels, positioning it as a cornerstone of professional growth within the firm while driving renewed engagement worldwide.
