BCG Digital Credentials is a new initiative that reimagines how professional expertise is recognized and shared. Designed to validate consultants’ skills across disciplines, these credentials can be displayed internally and on platforms like LinkedIn — bridging the firm’s internal ecosystem with the broader professional world.
I led the creative direction and brand development for the program, shaping its visual identity and storytelling across every touchpoint. From the design of the digital badges to the system that defines their use, the goal was to create something that felt both credible and aspirational — a modern mark of achievement with a distinctly BCG aesthetic.
The work spanned brand strategy, visual design, and multimedia production — including a comprehensive brand design framework, promotional and instructional videos, graphic elements, and a suite of targeted email campaigns.
